HAI-10
The second-generation Hazardous Area Instrument (HAI-10) is certified by an independent Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) to operate safely in a Class 1 Division 2 incendiary/explosive environment, including Gas Groups A, B, C, and D. The HAI-10 is designed for use with a Compunetix Mission Voice Platform (MVP) and features a 10 inch diagonal resistive touchscreen that is sunlight readable and tuned for gloved and ungloved users. The HAI-10 features a variety of custom mounting options to fit unique spaces and environments. The HAI-10 connects with one MVP voice network, either red or black, over IP, and it is PoE capable. It can be fitted with 10 pin circular LEMO, polarized dual-prong, or non-polarized dual-prong headset jacks. This special-purpose mission console comes with a fully customizable GTX interface and supports up to 10 private pages and 250 shared pages of line keys. Each page can be customized with a background image (map, ops floor layout, etc.) and augmented with text, color panels, and additional images (emblems, checklists, phone lists, etc.). Conference line keys can be placed anywhere on the page and are not confined to a grid. Other features include membrane-protected front panel buttons, two volume control knobs, and a 20W speaker. An optional unit extends headset/handset jacks and basic control functionality to a remote position. The HAI-10 can be mounted in a NEMA-4 enclosure for weather protection in outdoor applications.
