The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) is the DoD’s program tasked with ensuring that all IT products utilized by the warfighters work seamlessly together and support mission needs. Certification consists of a stringent set of IO and IA testing on all information technology systems hardware, software and components that wish to be connected to the DoD’s networks. JITC services the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), combatant commands, the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies, allies, coalition partners and commercial vendors.
