Compunetix is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Dino Mallas to the position of Sales Manager, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Dino has worked in the collaboration industry for nearly a decade and has a global outreach with accounts across Europe as well as Japan, Brazil, Australia, India and many other locations. His experience in these diverse markets, along with his continued success in customer growth, provide the foundation for his new leadership role.
Reminiscing on his start with Compunetix, Dino states: “My first account at Compunetix was our largest conferencing service provider (CSP) at that time. This helped me to quickly understand how every level of the service provider has varying needs. Operations requires internal efficiency, while Portfolio is more interested in external customer satisfaction. Working across all levels afforded me an appreciation for the complexity of running a well-oiled service. Once assigned to further accounts, I could see that many of my customers were facing the same challenges. This allowed me to streamline our roadmap, while providing each customer with proven solutions that had already worked for their colleagues. These valuable experiences will help shape our approach as we move ahead in assembling my team for this market”
Dino and his team will be focusing on growing the existing EMEA customers, while also adding new CSP and enterprise customers. The Compunetix products have evolved over time, allowing for a rich Unified Communications suite to be offered via on-premise or hosted.

Our core audio platform, the Summit Olympus, offers cutting edge High Definition audio, encryption, scalability, and of course the reliability that our customers have grown accustomed to. The Olympus can be integrated with our EVERGREEN Video Engine as well as our recently launched personal web conferencing tool, ConnectNow. We understand that customers need to differentiate, and this is why our products are fully configurable and customizable. For example, our new WebRTC based Video Call Center solution allows our customers to pursue vertical applications that were previously unexplored for industries such as Telehealth and Banking.
