Compunetix is pleased to release its newest video conferencing solution, Video Call Center. Designed as an agent-assist tool, the Video Call Center solution empowers e-health organizations to seamlessly connect patients, healthcare professionals, support staff, and others, in high definition video call sessions. Its easy-to-use interface streamlines communication and simplifies the experience for all users while simultaneously adding important visual communication cues for the healthcare provider.
The Video Call Center is a web browser-based call solution built upon dynamic WebRTC technologies. WebRTC, or Web Real-Time Communication, is an emerging protocol for the delivery of high quality voice, data, and video using standard web browsers, without any download required. WebRTC also allows an SRTP encrypted video, audio and signal connection, guaranteeing the privacy and confidentiality of the communication.
Compunetix will be debuting the Video Call Center at the 2018 American Telemedicine Association Conference and Expo April 29th to May 1st at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. ATA is a non-profit association based in Washington, D.C. with a membership network of more than 10,000 industry leaders and healthcare professionals. At ATA18, professionals and leaders from an array of healthcare and technology sectors unite as one cohesive community.
Stop by booth 2118 and ask about our featured Compunetix Healthcare Solutions where, in addition to the Video Call Center, our recently released Transfer Center Solutions will be on display. We look forward to seeing you at the show!
